Grace Period (14 Days)

At Feel Great Pack, we are keen on your complete satisfaction. Our policy allows for return or exchange requests within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, according to the conditions outlined below to ensure quality and health safety.

Return Conditions and Shipping Costs

To be eligible for return, the product must be:

• In its exact original condition (unopened, unused, and in its original packaging).
• Accompanied by the order number or invoice.

Who bears the shipping costs?

• Damaged or Wrong Product: We (the store) bear all shipping and replacement costs immediately.
• Change of Mind (Customer Desire): If you wish to return a sound product (unopened), the customer bears the return shipping cost to our warehouse in Jeddah.

Damaged or Wrong Products

In case you receive a product different from what you ordered, or the package was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt if possible) and we will:

• Send a replacement product for free.
• Or refund the full amount paid (including shipping fees) to the original payment method.

How to Submit a Return Request

1. Contact customer service via WhatsApp or email.
2. Provide us with the order number and a photo of the product (in case of damage).
3. Our team will review the request and send the shipping label (or warehouse address) within 48 hours.
4. After we receive and inspect the product, the financial refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
